Return/Exchange
Every item you order from Retroshirty is printed by hand for you (“print-on-demand”). This is where we differ from traditional mail order companies. We therefore only maintain a small warehouse for emergencies – so please contact us briefly (by email to orders@retroshirty.com). We cannot process unsolicited returns .
And: If items are returned, we can't sell them normally. Instead, they lie around and tie up capital until we get around to selling them on a tour or at a retro fair. So if you want L, please don't order M and XL as a precaution, okay?
Nevertheless, we naturally want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Of course, you can rely on our fair return policy:
We will exchange your purchased goods within 14 days of receipt , regardless of whether the item does not fit, does not like or does not meet your expectations for any other reason.
So the following steps:
- brief contact by email, stating the reason for the exchange and the order number
- The subsequent processing depends on the individual case. If the size is wrong, we will send you the correct one. If you don't like it, we will refund the purchase price, etc. Topics such as returns and possible documentation of defects will also be discussed briefly.
